Qatar Airways has announced that it will continue to suspend flights to and from the Saudi Arabian cities of Riyadh and Dammam until October 24. This decision is part of a broader update to the airline’s operations in Saudi Arabia, which also includes a reduction in the frequency of flights to Jeddah. The airline will now operate four flights per day to Jeddah, down from the previous seven.
The adjustments are set to impact passengers traveling between Qatar and these three Saudi cities. In light of these changes, Qatar Airways has advised passengers with existing bookings to confirm their travel arrangements by contacting the airline at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled departure. The airline has also warned that flight schedules may be subject to further changes depending on operational circumstances.
Travelers are encouraged to stay informed about any updates by checking Qatar Airways’ official website or mobile application. These platforms will provide the latest flight information, booking updates, and available assistance to ensure passengers are well-informed of any developments.
